Guangzhou Hedong Electronics Co., Ltd (HDL) and State Automation Pty. Ltd. Australia have been OEM/ODM partners in Lighting Control automation products for over 7 Years, this business relationship has been growing from Year to Year.

In July 4^th 2007 HDL and SA signed OEM/ODM Contract worth of $3million in Australia, some of the contents of this contract is as follow, HDL will manufacture and supply 3000 modules of VST (Variable Sinewave Technology), 50 units of HDL-D96 Dimmer Rack, 50 units of HDL-D72 Dimmer rack, 50 units HDL-D48 Dimmer Rack, 7960 units of Phase control modules and others, this products will be supply to European market from June 2007 till July 2008.

The application of these entire products will be in Lighting Automation control in TV studios, Theater, Theme Packs, Commercial building.  

HDL and SA use the time in Australia to strengthen business relationship renew business contract and had very discussion on how to manage the repaid growth in Europe and how to meet the demand and goods delivery.
